Do you offer laybuy?

Unfortunatly at this stage we do not offer any sort of laybuy. 

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a few option at the moment and are looking into other options for our clients.

PayPal – by far the quickest and safest way to shop online. Just follow the Paypal prompts through checkout to complete your order. If you don’t have a PayPal account, we have other payment methods. 

Stripe – With stripe you are able to pay with your credit card/bank card securely through our website. With this system there is also the option to use your Google Pay or Apple Pay should you be browsing and purchasing on your phone or tablet with Google Pay or Apple Pay enabled.

Afterpay – With Afterpay you can have the option to pay off your shop in 4 easy payments.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping upgrades can be added

Our standard shipping is

  • $4 untracked postage for small – medium hair bows (clay/embellishment bows, flower crowns not included)
  • $9.20 tracked parcel post for all hair bows, and standard florals
  • $11.95 Express postage for all hair bows and small florals and half flower crowns
  • $10 standard tracked parcel postage for all flower crowns
  • $15 for express tracked postage for all flower crowns
  • $9 tracked postage for Bow holder with chain
  • $14.35 for tracked parcel for SweetHart Co bow holder with tray

we also offer free local pickup


If you pay to much for shipping we will contact you soon after and happily refund any extra costs.

Do you have shipping tracking on all orders?

To keep costs down for you as a customer we use untracked shipping. If you want your shipping tracked you will need to purchase parcel or express shipping. if you have any questions about postage please contact me before checking out. 

Discount Codes?

all new customers can use the code “NEW” for a small discount. 

We also currently have Brand Enthusiast’s with special discount codes. These can be found on our Instagram.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 week’s for your handmade wooden order to be posted (all bow holders).

During Busy times these quoted turnaround times may be extended, to cope with the volume of orders or circumstances beyond our control.

We will always do our best to have them out as soon as possible.

Bows have a 4-14 working day turnaround depending on the item & time of year. Sometimes sooner!

Please then allow time for Australia Post to deliver your items. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country please allow 2-14 business days for delivery (as quoted by AusPost) 

Local Pickup – We offer free Local Pickup in Baldivis WA

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if your order is urgent, we will always do our best to make sure it arrives in time for you.

I’ve placed an order online, what now?

Once you have completed, checkout and payment, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation of your order. Your order will be filled via our copy of this email.

Please be sure to check that all details on your email copy of your order are correct, as the address provided is the one we will use to finalise postage.

Extra postage cost will be incurred if your parcel is sent back to us and need to be re-posted.

Once we have sent your products we will send you a email letting you know and include tracking number if it has one.

Is everything on the website in stock?

We do our best to ensure that all stock levels are correct at the time of your order. please keep in mind that all items under backorder will take a little longer to be sent out to you (mainly flower crowns)
